Ruhi Book 4
The Twin Manifestations
The life of Bahá'u'lláh, the Báb, and the greatness of this day are the major themes explored in The Twin Manifestations.
In the context of these themes, participants advance understanding of such concepts as the immensity of the implications of Bahá'u'lláh's Revelation for humanity; the importance of unity; the urgency of the need to share the Revelation of Bahá'u'lláh with others. They also engage with a summary of the history of the life of the Báb and gain an appreciation of the potency of His short and dramatic Ministry, and a summary of the history of the life of Bahá'u'lláh.
The capacities built include the ability to appreciate the significance of this Day and the promise it holds for humanity; to understand that human progress is achieved through the dialectic of crisis and victory; and to recount a basic history of the lives of the Báb and Bahá'u'lláh.

What is the Ruhi Institute sequence of courses?
Bahá'ís and likeminded friends are engaged in a global process of learning, to build their capacity to apply the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh to the transformation of society. As a contribution to this learning process, the Ruhi Institute has developed programs and materials that enhance the capacity of individuals and communities to serve humanity. Enhancing such capacity in the individual can be likened to walking a path of service.
What is a Study Circle?
A study circle begins whenever two or more individuals are ready to engage in the study of one of the courses of the Ruhi Institute. Participants in the study circle are led by a tutor whose role is not to act as an expert but as a facilitator. Participants in study circles are active participants in their own learning process.
