Rowell Hoff lives in the Dominican Republic, where he, his wife Caroline and their family moved in 1969 as Bahá'í pioneers. He became a member of the Bahá'í Faith in March, 1962, at the age of 34. Most of his poems written since then reflect, directly or indirectly, his love for Bahá'u'lláh and for His teachings.
