EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Exemption for print-on-demand books. The majority of our books are printed individually to order and are not held as pre-made stock. As personalised goods made to your specifications, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins promptly and that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to the printer. As production begins shortly after your order is placed, please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Return shipping and original shipping costs. If a return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our warehouse in Australia. Original shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Warehouse receipt fee. A warehouse receipt fee of 10% of the order value applies to accepted returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
