Shipping policy

This service delivers primarily to Australia and Aotearoa but also ships to anywhere in the world. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient delivery address details provided by you will not be the responsibility of, or covered by, our service.

Fulfilment Time
Dispatch time for products is approximately one working day. Print time for products from the print-on-demand service is approximately five to seven working days. A notification email with tracking will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days for metro areas on the eastern side of Australia and 5-10 working days for other destinations within Australia. International delivery is via Australia Post International Express, with delivery times that vary from country to country.

Third-party Suppliers
Dispatched time for third-party supplied items is approximately three working days.
