The Great Chasm is on the cusp of a momentous change. Enemies abound, and six visitors strangely appear only weeks before the inception of The Great Council. They find themselves troublesome, yet also the answer to the prayers of one particular soul.

They use their abilities to aid the development of the Chasm, all while internal intrigues and planetary enemies of this New Faith, threaten it; and while, one of these visitors, a young untrained Agent who is new to his work, seeks out a hidden enemy.

The Custodians are bounden to guide the historical vote, struggling a little with these visitors and the talk created by their strange appearance at this important juncture. All while a young Icer Lord escapes across the desert to bring the airships, and full wrath, of the merciless Hunter Lords down on the people of the Beautiful Way.

Paths of old characters strangely cross here in Temelj; all of them discovering their deeper connections. The Custodians selflessly guide the Beautiful Way, while hidden enemies lurk and great enemies threaten, but all is as it is, as crisis and victory plays out in this foundational time.
