There are so many words we can choose to explore our alphabet, just as there are so many choices we can make in how we choose to live our lives. This elevated alphabet is meant to bring mindfulness into our choices.

This book is written as a way to introduce mindfulness, kindness, empathy and love into conversations by going through the alphabet in a way that brings out our best, and makes us more aware of the choices we can make. Each concept (for example: K for "Kindle your passion", S for "Stand up for someone" helps children learn and explore different ways to live life.
