To help the friends managing the operations of training institutes to respond to current exigencies, this document shares some insights from the body of experience that has accrued in the Bahá’í world about implementing the main sequence of courses, the junior youth spiritual empowerment programme, and the programme for the spiritual education of children.

The document also addresses matters related to the institutional capacity of training institutes. It is hoped that in each region or country the friends responsible for the institute’s endeavours will, taking their particular circumstances and experience into consideration, use these insights to further systematize their efforts.
