Unit 1: Accompanying one another on the path of service
In this unit, participants explore the concept and practice of accompaniment.

Unit 2: Consultation
In this unit participants learn about the importance and characteristics of Bahá'í consultation, especially as compared with secular decision-making processes; and the importance of unity of vision and action.

Unit 3: Dynamics of service on an Area Teaching Committee
In this unit, participants explore the application of accompaniment and consultation in the context of service on Bahá'í Administrative agencies and institutions, with a specific focus on service on an Area Teaching Committee.

Service Outcomes
The capacities built include those of engaging in accompaniment, Bahá'í consultation, and serving as a member of a Baha'i Institution.
