Accompanying one another on a path of service and consultation are the major themes explored in Building Vibrant Communities.
In the context of these themes, participants explore concepts such as the nature of the path of service; the relationship among the individual, community and institutions of the Cause; attitudes to accompaniment; true friendship; the nature of interactions in the context of accompaniment; encouragement; coherence between 'being' and 'doing'; a posture of learning; and learning sites. They also learn about the importance and characteristics of Bahá'í consultation, especially as compared with secular decision-making processes; and the importance of unity of vision and action.
Participants then explore the application of accompaniment and consultation in the context of service on Bahá'í Administrative agencies and institutions, with a specific focus on service on an Area Teaching Committee.

How to request Institute materials?
Published-edition Ruhi materials (coloured covers) can be purchased directly from Baha'i Books (website).
Pre-published Ruhi materials (white covers) and Published materials can be requested from the Training Institute via their 'Request Form'. Requests are managed by the Institute's Book Administrator. When the request is authorised a payment request email will be forward to you if required. Once paid, the order will sync to BDS for fulfilment.
