Advancing Towards an Understanding

The prerequisite for being a Bahá'í is to attempt to live a life that is in accordance with the teachings of that faith. In the human condition, one must have a logical explanation for a principle that lends itself to being lived. This is an attempt at stating thoughts in relation to an exalted theme in terms of what one might perceive, given that one has to have logic to the effort of endeavouring to live the ideal.

These explanations are not conclusive and may apply for a certain period and a certain kind of person, and they constitute the writers desire to extend his belief to that which can actually be practiced. Spirituality is not imaginary thought but a practicality.

About Robert Mazibuko

Robert Lionel Kholekile Mazibuko was born in South Africa and educated there until the first year at university. He graduated in a B .S. Information Technology in the United States and holds other certificates: in Pharmaceutical Production Technology, Medical Assisting, CNA, and Office Technology, and has worked as a Hospital Clerk, Pharmaceutical Quality Controller, Medical Assistant and as a CNA. He has lived in two countries, Swaziland and South Africa and has been a citizen in the United States since 1992 and has resided there for thirty two years.

He was elected and served on the Bahá’í National Assembly in South Africa for ten years and has also served as a translator , translating two major works of his faith, the Bahá’í Faith : the Kitab-i- Iqan and the Hidden Words into Xhosa, an African language, as well as other booklets. For several years he served as a traveling Teacher for his faith both in South Africa and Swaziland, traveling in the cities and rural environment..

He has traveled to Canada, Mozambique and Europe and is now retired in the United States’ Washington Island, Wisconsin.
