The Pen of Glory is a compilation taken from the Writings of Bahá'u'lláh, written in response to specific questions from people wishing to know more about the principles and teachings of the Bahá'í Faith.

Most interesting is that these people came from various religious backgrounds, which provides the reader with a broad understanding of the central tenets of the Bahá'í Faith. In each response, Bahá'u'lláh answers the question of the seeker and then expands on various related spiritual themes. The Tablets include Gems of Divine Mysteries, Tablet to Manikchi Sahib, Tablet to Mirza Abd'l-Fadl in response to questions of Manikchi Sahib, Tablet of the Seven Questions (Lawh-i-Haft Pursish), and two other tablets.

About Bahá'u'lláh

Bahá’u’lláh is the title of the Manifestation of God for today. His given name was Mirza Husayn Ali. He was born in 1817 in what is now Irán and died in 1892 in what is now Israel. Over the course of four decades, He revealed hundreds of volumes of verses in Persian and Arabic. A small percentage of these writings is now available in English. His Writings, outline a framework for the development of a global civilization which takes into account both the spiritual and material dimensions of human life.
